How It All Works

Imagine your most organized friend and your most adventurous one teamed up to plan a dream getaway. Lucky for you can find both of those friends in me! ;)

1. Schedule Your Consult Call

Before booking, you’re invited to schedule a private call with me (Alisa). This is your space to ask anything on your mind- from logistics to emotions. And, share what you’re hoping to receive from this experience. It’s also where we start building that real-deal connection, so when you arrive, it already feels like home.

2. Claim Your Spot

Once your questions are answered and your heart’s saying yes, it’s time to book the room that fits you best. Lock it in with a deposit on our site, then fill out a detailed intake form so we can get to know you and craft an experience that truly meets your needs and desires.

3. The Welcome Email

Cue the warm fuzzies, you’re officially in. After registration, you’ll get a welcome email with all the juicy details:

  • A peek at the timeline ahead

  • What to pack (and permission to overpack—always)

  • What to expect on excursions/activities

  • And yes, where the bathrooms are.

Every spot on the itinerary including restaurants, saunas, local gems, has been handpicked and personally scouted by me. No wasted detours. Just the good stuff.

4. Flights + Travel Insurance

We’ll help you find the best flight deals that align with the retreat timing, and recommend travel insurance that fits your vibe and budget. Insurance isn’t required, but we always strongly encourage it. That way, if life throws a curveball, your investment is protected.

5. Pre-Retreat Video Call (aka the Nerves-Be-Gone Call)

About a week out, we’ll gather virtually so you can meet the other amazing humans joining you. We’ll walk through packing tips, excursion details, and answer all your burning questions. Our goal? Zero nerves, all vibes. You’ll hang up feeling grounded, excited, and so ready.

5. The Retreat

You arrive and are welcomed with open arms. You rest, laugh, move, sweat, explore, connect. You remember how good it feels to be taken care of, and how alive you are when you slow down and connect with the elements, with yourself, and with kindred spirits. Bonus: you might just leave with a few new lifelong friends.

What happens if I need to cancel?

First, take a breath. We get it. Life isn’t always predictable, and sometimes plans shift. We’ve built in a safety net so that if something comes up and you can’t join us, you’re not left high and dry.

Your Investment is Protected*

As a seasoned traveler, and personally having a background in hospitality, I know firsthand how fast things can change. That’s why, after you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know including a link to purchase travel insurance. We’ve partnered with two trusted companies that offer comprehensive coverage at affordable rates.

Here’s the deal:
If you grab that travel insurance (which we highly recommend), your investment is protected. You’ll be covered in case of emergencies, unexpected changes, or anything else that might prevent you from attending. *But remember, travel insurance must be purchased on your end to activate this protection.
